Job Summary
Life Insurance Case Manager responsible for processing insurance applications from receipt through policy issuance, coordinating between insurance agents, carriers, and internal resources. Establishes and manages expectations with agents, communicates application status to stakeholders, and drives the process forward with urgency. Negotiates for preferential rates with carriers when applicable and maintains solid relationships with submitting agents. Requires strong organizational skills, polished communication, and proficient computer use; thrives in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment with an emphasis on building and sustaining key business relationships.
