Job Summary
Life Insurance Case Management Specialist supporting Life Insurance operations for the Private Bank and JP Morgan Advisors channels. Responsibilities include assisting with data collection and form completion for informal and formal applications, monitoring case status, submitting packets through JP Morgan Operations and Central Supervision Review, performing account maintenance tasks, engaging with clients/advisors to remediate onboarding/maintenance issues, producing product quotes and illustrations, serving as escalation point for in-flight items, analyzing business data to support growth, generating reports, and completing ad hoc projects. Requires strong communication, proficiency with MS PowerPoint and Excel, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to work independently while competently handling multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
