Life Insurance Case Management Specialist - Associate

Job Summary
Support Life Insurance operations for the Private Bank and JP Morgan Advisors channels. Assist with data collection and completion of required forms for informal cases and formal applications/forms, monitor the status of pending cases, submit application packets, perform account maintenance tasks, engage with clients and Advisors to remediate onboarding issues, produce and request product quotes and illustrations, serve as a point of escalation for remediation of items in processing, analyze business data to support growth and produce reports, and complete ad hoc projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills
- Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to work independently while competently handling multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
