Job Summary
Sell whole life and final expense solutions through a high-volume phone-based sales process after training. Convert qualified paid and internally generated leads, starting with outbound missed appointments and advancing to inbound and warm live-transfer lead flow as you ramp. Use company-provided leads, scripts, role plays, and coaching tools to improve weekly performance. Maintain activity, CRM notes, and compliance in a remote environment, reporting progress toward activity metrics, placed premium, policy count, and close rate. The role requires an active life insurance license and emphasizes ethical selling, training-supported ramp, and consistent income potential via base salary plus uncapped commission with on-target earnings up to $200,000. Company-sponsored leads, licensing/continuing education support, and daily coaching are provided to drive success. You’ll work in a full-time capacity across U.S. time zones with remote operations and potential carrier appointments to manage licensing needs.
Required Qualifications
