Job Summary
Life Sales Manager to drive life insurance and annuity growth across Central and Eastern Pennsylvania. Partner with independent ERIE Agents to expand life insurance production, identify cross-sell opportunities, develop agency growth strategies, and provide consultative sales coaching that strengthens customer relationships and grows agents’ books of business. Responsibilities include building relationships with agency partners, increasing production, identifying growth opportunities, conducting joint sales calls and field coaching, guiding agents on life insurance products, and collaborating with Home Office and branch marketing to design campaigns and incentives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, sales, marketing or related field and five years’ experience in sales, investment and/or annuity products or in life insurance related experience is required
- Associate’s degree in insurance, sales, marketing or related field and seven years’ experience in sales, investment and/or annuity products or in life insurance related experience is required
- High School diploma or GED and nine years’ experience in sales, investment and/or annuity products or in life insurance related experience is required
- A minimum of two years' experience in sales of life insurance.
Additional Requirements
- Must reside in the state assigned unless a change is approved by the company
- Frequent overnight travel required
