Life Inspired Coordinator

Execute daily activities with community members individually or in groups, assisting the Activity Director in designing and executing plans that address social, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, staff, and volunteers while generating enthusiasm to encourage participation. Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of quality activities in accordance with care plans, including preparing calendars, communication materials, and orientation boards. Assist with special events, outings, birthdays, and anniversaries, providing leadership for high-quality volunteers. Maintain ethical standards and professional conduct aligned with Meridian Senior Living values. Collaborate effectively with peers to generate enthusiasm and execute high-quality programming.
