Job Summary
Lifeguard & Swimming Coach responsible for monitoring swimming areas, conducting lessons for individuals and groups, teaching water safety and swimming techniques, maintaining records of student progress and attendance, ensuring facilities and equipment meet safety regulations, and collaborating with school staff and parents. Must hold professional Lifeguard and Swimming Coach certifications, bring proven lifeguarding and instructional experience, apply water safety protocols, communicate effectively, motivate swimmers of various ages, and stay current with lifesaving and coaching best practices through ongoing training. Required Qualifications
