Job Summary
Provide lifeguard duties: observe the swimming area for dangerous conditions and swimmers in distress, enforce facility rules, provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrival, promote guest safety and a fun environment, manage towels and pool deck cleanliness, and communicate professionally with guests and coworkers. Maintain safety through training and certifications, and perform related responsibilities such as reporting accidents and ensuring compliance with policies.
