Job Summary
Monitor the pool area and enforce safety rules while responding promptly to emergencies. Ensure guest safety by conducting regular equipment inspections and maintaining a clean environment. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and collaborating with team members for a smooth experience. Participate in ongoing training and skill development to maintain certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED.
Required Qualifications
- Current certification in Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED
- Strong swimming skills and ability to perform rescues when necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
- Physical fitness and stamina to meet the demands of the role
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Pre-employment drug test
- Background check
