Job Summary
Lifeguard for a 6-month limited contract responsible for observing the swimming area, enforcing facility rules, and identifying unsafe conditions. Provide assistance to guests, report accidents, and liaise with supervisors. Respond to emergencies and perform CPR/First Aid as needed, while maintaining cleanliness of the pool deck and towels. Communicate professionally, assist guests (including those with disabilities), and uphold QA standards and company policies. The role requires standing and moving for extended periods, light lifting, and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
