Job Summary
Plan and implement daily social, educational, recreational, spiritual, and therapeutic activities for residents based on the activity calendar. Transport residents to building activities and van outings. Work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining independence with minimal supervision. Manage problem-solving, conflict resolution, and budgeting tasks. Assist the Life Enrichment Director in enhancing the human spirit through compassionate care that honors residents' life stories and legacy.
Required Qualifications
