Job Summary
Provide participant services including assistance with personal care, medications, social and recreational activities, and meal services to facilitate the continued well-being of adult day program participants. Deliver support Monday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm, with no late nights, weekends, or holidays. Maintain a compassionate, dependable presence while collaborating on teamwork to serve others in a vibrant senior living environment.
Required Qualifications
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to serve others
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
