Required Qualifications
- An associate degree in nursing, health care management, or a related field; or a bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year experience with geriatrics & or dementia care
- Certified Dementia Practitioner or eligible for certification
- Experience with electronic records, social media platforms, use of e-mail, programs such as Word and Excel
- Must have completed 1 year of employment with PSL to qualify for Senior role
