Life Enrichment Director

Job Summary
Lead and oversee the Life Enrichment Program for residents, developing a daily calendar of group and individualized activities reflecting LifeCycles wellness across Assisted Living and Memory Care; drive resident engagement by welcoming new residents and creating individualized activity profiles in LifeLoop; supervise and train Life Enrichment staff and volunteers; plan and promote events including outings and digital updates; coordinate safe resident transportation and collaborate with maintenance/front desk; manage activity budget, evaluate program success via surveys and feedback, and support cross-department collaboration with Sales and Marketing; require a High School diploma or equivalent (degree in Recreational Therapy, Education, or related field preferred), driver’s license, and availability for occasional evenings/weekends; proficient in Microsoft Office, activity management platforms, and social media; knowledge of dementia care preferred for Memory Care programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Recreational Therapy, Education, or related field preferred
- <50 residents: 6 months of activity experience or enrollment in Life Enrichment training program
- >50 residents: 1 year of activity experience, including evaluation and supervision responsibilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to drive a passenger van
- Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, and Manager on Duty rotation
