Job Summary
Lead the Life Enrichment team by developing and implementing a well-rounded program for patients, covering evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Complete assessments, care plans, and associated paperwork in a timely manner while facilitating monthly Patient Council meetings. Supervise Life Enrichment/Activities Assistants through training, scheduling, and evaluations, and manage the center volunteer program including recruitment, training, scheduling, and recognition. Ensure all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding programming are met and partner with other departments to support community marketing efforts. Full-time role with tuition reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and same-day pay option.

Desired Qualifications
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
- Certified Activity Director
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university
- Satisfactory completion of two years of college
- Two years of experience in long-term care as it relates to activities and memory care
