Job Summary
Develop and promote group and individual enrichment programs while managing resident risk through functional and lifestyle assessments. Oversee the Life Enrichment calendar, newsletter, and transportation program, and establish a volunteer initiative. Conduct departmental planning, forecasting, and staffing schedule management to ensure effective operations. Manage enrichment budget expenses and labor costs, and hire and train new team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of programming experience, and First Aid certification. Valid driver's license and good driving record are mandatory. Full-time Monday-Friday schedule with weekend flexibility. Competitive pay of $60,000-$64,000/year plus healthcare benefits, 401k matching, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of good driving record
- First Aid Certification
- Ability to work Monday-Friday with weekend flexibility as needed
- Three years of experience in programming, implementing, and oversight of activities and enrichment programs for different levels of skill and cognitive ability
- Two or more years of experience in training and supervising staff
- Successfully passing a drug screen
- Successfully passing a TB Test
- Successfully passing a Background Check
