Job Summary
Develop and promote group and individual enrichment programs while managing resident risk through functional and lifestyle assessments. Oversee the Life Enrichment calendar and newsletter, implement transportation and volunteer programs, and conduct departmental planning and forecasting. Manage the enrichment budget, ensure effective staffing schedules, and hire and train new team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of programming experience, and First Aid certification. Valid driver's license with good driving record needed. Full-time role with competitive pay of $60,000-$64,000, healthcare benefits, and paid time off. Monday-Friday schedule with weekend flexibility.
Required Qualifications

- Three years of experience in programming, implementing, and oversight of activities and enrichment programs for different levels of skill and cognitive ability
- Two or more years of experience in training and supervising staff
