Job Summary
The Life Enrichment Director will plan and coordinate a variety of social events to create a vibrant, active community life for residents. Responsibilities include determining resident program preferences through feedback and meetings, planning daily and weekly programs to meet social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs, and assisting in planning programs that encourage prospective residents to participate. Requires a college degree in a related field or a certificate program, 2+ years of activity programming experience, and at least 1 year of leadership experience (senior living preferred). The role emphasizes an energetic, engaging, and caring personality with strong organizational and time-management skills, and a passion for seniors. Required Qualifications
