Job Summary
Coordinate and deliver life enrichment activities for residents across independent living, assisted living, and memory care at Rosemont in Humble, TX. Engage with residents, families, and staff to ensure engaging recreation based on individual preferences, support residents’ right to personal choices, and participate in mandated in-service education. Use technology-enabled tools to enhance care delivery and activity planning, collaborate with care teams to reduce busywork, and support program development and resident well-being. Requires strong customer service, dependability, and a team-first mindset to create a positive resident experience.
Required Qualifications
