Job Summary
Lead daily Life Enrichment activities and personalize programs for memory-care residents, including group and one-on-one sessions; design activities to support physical, cognitive, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing; collaborate with care staff to align memory-care programming with resident needs; engage families, guests, and volunteers; manage monthly newsletters and activity calendars; coordinate reservations and use Outlook to schedule spaces; oversee community-wide programs (spiritual, cultural, physical, creative) and support family engagement through Carefeed and other platforms; role emphasizes faith-based service aligned with CRISTA Ministries mission and CCC commitments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher)
- Ability to work on your feet all day
- Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Must be able to work some weekends
- If future program needs require direct care involvement, Home Care Aide Certification will be required
