Job Summary
The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and running all community activities for residents, supporting their participation, and ensuring their safety and well-being.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to work in a safe and alert manner
- Ability to take ownership for associate’s safety and the safety of the residents
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, associates, residents, family members, and outside contacts
Desired Qualifications
- Background in art, music, drama, or occupational therapy preferred
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's Dementia preferred
- One-year experience in a social or recreational program in a licensed health care setting preferred
