Job Summary
The Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates programs to provide a vibrant life for Enhanced Care (memory care) residents. Responsibilities include determining resident program preferences through feedback and orientation, planning daily and weekly programs to meet social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs, and assisting in planning programs and events to showcase community life to prospective residents. Requirements include 2+ years of activity programming experience and 1+ years of leadership experience (senior living preferred); candidates should be highly organized, energetic, engaging, caring, and able to connect with people. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of activity programming experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience in senior living preferred
