Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors respectfully while ensuring residents remain free from physical, verbal, and sexual abuse. Support independent recreation tailored to individual preferences and uphold residents' rights to make personal choices aligned with their service plans. Attend all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, state, and federal guidelines. This role fosters exceptional customer service within The Ashton at Mayfield Heights, a premier Sonida community offering independent, assisted, and memory care services in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
