Life Enrichment Coordinator

Develop and manage comprehensive activities programs to meet the social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of residents daily. Plan and coordinate events, outings, games, and exercises while arranging visits from scout troops, school groups, and performance teams. Oversee department operations, including budget management, volunteer training, and equipment maintenance, ensuring all activities comply with safety policies and regulations. Transport residents to and from the community using assigned vehicles. Communicate with residents and families regarding program participation and satisfaction. Maintain required documentation and adhere to a philosophy supporting resident dignity and independence.
