Life Enrichment Coordinator

Develop and implement comprehensive activities programs to meet the social, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual needs of residents daily. Plan and coordinate events, outings, games, and exercises while arranging visits from scout troops, school groups, and performance groups. Oversee the management and daily operations of the activities department, ensuring resident safety and compliance with all regulations and standards. Manage the department budget, train and monitor volunteers, and maintain equipment in the activities room. Transport residents to and from the community using assigned vehicles. Communicate with residents and families regarding program participation and satisfaction. Requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, plus an unrestricted driver's license.
