Job Summary
Plan and implement meaningful activities tailored to individual needs, coordinating small groups and providing one-on-one support for creative, physical, spiritual, and social wellbeing. Assist in writing, designing, and distributing the monthly life enrichment calendar while observing and communicating resident responses to programs. Inventories and stocks supplies, drives the bus for scenic rides and outings, and serves as Director support for timecard administration and budget compliance. Compiles data for reporting and performs various clerical tasks. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years in recreational programming, and a Colorado driver's license. Full-time Tuesday-Saturday schedule with moderate physical effort.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in recreational programming
- Colorado drivers license in good standing
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
- Must be able to handle objects up to 50 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently
- Must be available for Tuesday-Saturday schedule
- Must be available for up to 90 days duration
