Job Summary
Assists in planning and implementing meaningful activities for residents in memory care and skilled nursing; contributes to programs and one-to-one activities that promote residents’ creative, physical, spiritual, social, and mental wellbeing; assists in writing, designing, distributing, and evaluating the monthly life enrichment calendar; inventories and purchases supplies; drives the bus for scenic rides and group outings; may serve on committees and provide Director support; observes resident needs and communicates with staff; compiles data for reporting and performs clerical tasks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Activity Professional coursework preferred
- 1-2 years experience in recreational programming
- Colorado driver's license in good standing
- Must be able to read, write and speak the English language
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
