Job Summary
Position plans and implements meaningful activities for residents in memory care and skilled nursing, coordinating group and one-to-one programs that support creative, physical, spiritual, social, and mental wellbeing; participates in calendar design and evaluation, manages supplies, may drive the bus for outings, and supports Director duties as needed. Requires a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years in recreational programming, a Colorado driver's license, and strong customer-service skills. The role involves assisting with activity calendars, inventory, occasional clerical tasks, and resident activity coordination within a facility setting.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years experience in recreational programming
- Colorado driver's license in good standing
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Must possess excellent customer service skills
