Life Enrichment Associate II ($20.85–$24.20/hr) Temporary 6-Month Position

Life Enrichment Associate II supports planning, coordination, and implementation of life enrichment programs for Independent Living residents. Responsible for group and one-on-one activities across creative, physical, spiritual, social, and mental well-being; builds relationships with residents, vendors, volunteers, and staff; assists with administrative tasks, scheduling, coordination, reporting, and clerical duties; coordinates small groups based on resident interests; drives residents on scenic rides, outings, and community excursions; writes and evaluates monthly calendars; inventories supplies; performs data reporting and budget-related tasks; serves on committees and may act as Director in absence. Requires High School Diploma or GED, 1-2 years in recreational programming, Colorado driver’s license, and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
