Job Summary
Provide weekend life enrichment for residents, lead and assist with weekend activities, games, and social events; build relationships with residents, including those with memory loss; plan activity calendars and special events; maintain supplies and a safe environment; support residents’ emotional, social, and cognitive well-being; requires compassion, dependability, and teamwork; part-time weekend schedule (Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m.) with 12 hours per week and potential opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in activities or senior living (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, which includes a physical, TB test and drug screen
