Job Summary
Lead and assist with weekend activities, games, and social events for residents, especially those with memory loss. Build relationships, encourage participation, plan activity calendars and special events, maintain supplies and a safe environment, and support residents’ emotional, social, and cognitive well-being. Requires compassion, dependability, teamwork, good communication, and basic computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Two or more years of experience in activities or senior living (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver�s license (preferred)
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, which includes a physical, TB test and drug screen
