Job Summary
Lead and assist weekend activities, games, and social events for residents, including memory-care residents; build relationships, encourage participation, and spend time with residents one-on-one and in small groups. Plan activity calendars and special events, maintain supplies, and ensure a safe, clean environment while supporting residents’ emotional, social, and cognitive well-being. Requires compassion, dependability, and teamwork with good communication and basic computer skills. Weekend, part-time schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 8:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. (12 hours per week).
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
