Job Summary
Plan and execute life enrichment activities that support the social welfare and interests of senior residents. Assist the Life Enrichment Director with activity direction, communication, and execution while managing administrative tasks. Support transportation outings, coordinate relevant logistics, and maintain proper setup and upkeep of community spaces. Ensure all tasks uphold resident safety and align with the 1440 culture pillars. Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays between 9am-7pm at StoryPoint Granger.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
- Compassionate towards the senior population.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.
- Proficient in general computer skills.
- This position entails standing for long periods of time.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens.
- The employee will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required.
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred.
