Job Summary
Plan and execute life enrichment activities for senior residents while assisting the Life Enrichment Director with department direction, communication, and activity planning. Support administrative tasks, coordinate transportation outings, and maintain proper setup and upkeep of community spaces. Uphold resident safety standards and the 1440 culture pillars while managing activities that complement social welfare interests. Work flexible evening, weekend, and holiday hours in a senior life connections community.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain Chauffer's upon hire to drive as needed
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours
- This position requires the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens
- This position entails standing for long periods of time
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms
- This position requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasional travel to different locations may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
- Compassionate towards the senior population
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team
- Proficient in general computer skills
