Job Summary
Life Enrichment Assistant helps plan and perform life enrichment activities for residents of a senior life connections community, supporting the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities, and assisting with administrative tasks while upholding resident safety. The role requires flexibility in scheduling (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), a compassionate approach to seniors, ability to work both independently and with a team, and proficiency in general computer skills. Responsibilities include assisting in activity setup, clean-up, coordinating outings and transportation, and contributing to a positive 1440 culture within the Life Enrichment department.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one to three years related experience and/or training preferred
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
- Compassionate towards the senior population.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration of team.
- Proficient in general computer skills.
