Job Summary
Life Enrichment Assistant facilitates planned activities in memory care, including leading exercise classes, sing-alongs, brain power activities, sports and art classes, and reading. Responsibilities include planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs; observing resident participation and mood to evaluate progress; involving residents and families in planning when possible. Requires flexibility, dependability, and the ability to work under pressure; must have a Food Handlers Permit; able to move at least 50 pounds. Part-time in memory care on Thursday/Friday/Saturday at Stellar Senior Living’s Spokane, WA locations; in-person work. Equal opportunity employer; COVID-19 vaccination encouraged by company.
