Job Summary
Plan, organize, and lead daily recreational programs to support residents' physical, social, and emotional well-being. Design engaging group exercises, games, and creative activities while coordinating special events, entertainment, and community outings. Visit and engage isolated or non-ambulatory residents, assess new residents' interests to incorporate them into programming, and document participation and responses. Maintain equipment, prepare weekly programming, and collaborate with the care team and volunteers. Work part-time every other Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 4:30pm at The Glen PC in Lancaster, PA.
