Job Summary
Conduct prospective resident visits, perform welcome orientations, and schedule weekend activities while ensuring high-quality customer service for residents. Deliver programs based on the Whole Person Wellness Model, utilizing an iPad to enrich lives and capture photos for community media. Manage volunteer programs, oversee seasonal holiday decorations, and provide transportation for group events and personal appointments using a 14-passenger bus. Notify the Life Enrichment Director of emergency situations and represent American House professionally at all community events. This role supports the company's mission to enrich the lives of seniors through meaningful relationships and compassionate care.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends and sometimes weekends for events
- Must be able to drive a 14 passenger bus
- Proficiency with software applications/programs/tools used by American House for Life Enrichment position
