Job Summary
Meet with all patients to determine activity program needs and contribute to plan of care conferences. Assist with designing bulletin boards, conducting 1:1 activities like manicures, and leading group events such as bingo and concerts. Provide transportation to activities, maintain accurate attendance records, and evaluate program effectiveness. Support the Residents Council and manage seasonal holiday decorations throughout the facility. This full-time role requires Monday through Friday hours with flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED

- educational background sufficient to carry out a quality program as designated by the Life Enrichment Director
