Job Summary
Part-time Life Enrichment Assistant needed to implement activity programs that stimulate residents physically, mentally, and socially, and to maintain documentation of activities. Responsibilities include establishing and executing assigned activity programs, building rapport with residents to understand needs and interests, reporting deviations from plans to the Director of Life Enrichment, nurse in charge, or Director of Nursing, providing leadership in activities, and proposing changes to programs. Requires promoting positive customer relations and adherence to state and federal standards. Position is hourly with work every other weekend; great for students.
