Life Enrichment Assistant

The Life Enrichment Assistant implements activity programs that stimulate residents physically, mentally and socially to increase their quality of life. Activities must follow state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include implementing assigned activity programs, developing rapport with residents to understand their needs and interests, maintaining records on residents’ activities, reporting deviations from the plan or changes in residents’ condition to the Director of Life Enrichment, nurse in charge, or DON, providing leadership in activities as assigned, and making recommendations for alternative programs or changes. The role supports positive customer relations and is employed as part-time, with weekend hours (every other weekend) from 9:00am to 5:30pm. High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required. Eventide is an equal opportunity at-will employer.”
