Job Summary
Life Enrichment Assistant at Danbury Senior Living supports the Life Enrichment Director in planning and implementing resident activities that are recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual. Responsibilities include organizing exercise classes, arts and crafts, musical entertainment, group outings, trivia and bingo, church services, and more to make residents’ days better. Essential traits include patience, compassion, and a cheerful disposition, with a love of seniors. Opportunity for advancement and a comprehensive benefits/bonuses package are noted, with varied hours up to 20 per week and weekend rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a senior living activities / life enrichment department is helpful, but not required
