Job Summary
Facilitate a variety of activities within the community and administer programming from inception to execution. Operate the company vehicle to chauffere residents for scheduled activities and church runs. Document resident participation and confidentially record identified needs or problems. Communicate resident feedback to the Life Enrichment Director and assist in decorating the community for holidays and special events. Follow established standards according to state regulations and company policy. Full-time position with daily pay, PTO, and health benefits. Requires high school diploma, clean driving record, and ability to lift 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Satisfactory criminal background check
- Drug screen
- Manual dexterity to operate a vehicle safely
- Clean driving record
- High degree of interpersonal relations skills
- Capability of relating to a variety of people and personalities
- Ability to complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Ability to understand senior citizen needs and interests
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds

- Must be able to operate the company vehicle for the execution of resident excursions
- Must be able to attend weekend, evening, and holiday functions when necessary
- Must be able to assist in decorating the community for holidays and special events
- Must be able to participate in and support the resident-centered activity and life enrichment programs
- Must be able to facilitate a variety of activities in a professional, friendly manner
- Must be able to administer or assist in activity programming from inception to execution
