Life Enrichment Assistant / Activities Assistant - PRN

Create and develop programs that meet the individualized needs of the resident population, collaborating with colleagues to build a monthly calendar aligned with Artis standards and resident interests. Utilize the Partnership Profile to design appropriate activities and involve associates in programs of interest. Demonstrate the company philosophy of Positive Partnerships while ensuring specific ARTIS programs like Time to Dish and I CAN are held as designated. Coordinate with outside agencies to enhance the resident experience and plan trips suitable for those with memory loss. Provide information to the Director regarding resident engagement to assist with personalized care plans and maintain communication with family members about participation levels. Support and maintain an effective volunteer program through screening, orienting, training, supervising, and evaluating volunteers.
