Life Enrichment Assistant / Activities Assistant - Part-Time

Create and develop programs meeting the individualized needs of the resident population at the community. Collaborate with other assistants to build a monthly calendar using the Partnership Profile, while coordinating with outside agencies and planning trips appropriate for residents with memory loss. Ensure specific ARTIS programs are held as designated and provide information to the Director to assist with personalized care plans. Maintain communication with family members regarding participation levels and support the volunteer program through screening, orienting, training, and supervising. This role requires familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia and a willingness to work with the elderly population. You will work a part-time 9am-5:30pm schedule on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays at Artis Senior Living.
