Job Summary
Engage residents in daily programming and entertainment; develop programs tailored to the elderly, including those with Alzheimer's/Dementia; assist the Director in creating activities, plan events, setup and break down materials, accompany resident outings, track attendance, and communicate needs for supplies. Collaborate to create personalized activity calendars using Partnership Profiles and involve staff in program participation, while maintaining family communication and helping craft individualized care plans. Part-time role requiring evening shifts and Sundays; role supports a culture of Positive Partnerships and honors residents’ identities through purposeful activities.
