Job Summary
Create and develop programs that meet the individualized needs of the resident population at the community. Brainstorm event ideas using Partnership Profiles and set up materials before and after activities. Assist in resident outings, track attendance, and communicate with the Director of Life Enrichment for supplies. Provide information regarding resident engagement to assist with personalized care plans and maintain communication with family members about participation levels. This daytime shift role (9:30am-5:30pm) requires every other weekend availability. Starting pay is $20/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Alzheimer's/Dementia
- Willingness to work with the elderly population
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Every other weekend required
