Job Summary
Develop and lead group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities to promote their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Encourage participation and provide companionship during programs, while helping transport residents to and from events. Document resident engagement and provide feedback to the Life Enrichment Director. Support special events, outings, and holiday celebrations while complying with all health, safety, and infection control policies. This role requires flexibility for evening and weekend hours. The Orchards is a skilled nursing facility dedicated to meaningful interaction and daily enrichment for its residents.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a senior care, recreation, or customer service setting preferred
