Job Summary
Coordinate and implement resident activities, events, trips, and celebrations while encouraging participation and sharing talents. Assist in planning holiday programs, accompany residents to outings and appointments in the community van, and manage transportation schedules. Collaborate with staff across departments, support marketing events and tours, and handle administrative duties, emergency calls, and occasional front desk support. Maintain a positive environment and foster strong resident relationships. Requires a Minnesota Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement, high school diploma, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Part-time schedule available for those 18 or older.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma
- MN Commercial Driver's License with passenger endorsement
- Previous experience planning and running activities, preferably in a senior living setting
Desired Qualifications
- Some college or relevant training
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working with older adults and understanding their interests and needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software
- Friendly, compassionate, and enthusiastic approach to resident engagement
