Job Summary
Life Enrichment Aide assists in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational, social, educational/intellectual, cultural, physical, emotional and spiritual programs for residents, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, as directed by a supervisor. Responsibilities include supporting a wide range of activities designed to enrich residents’ lives, coordinating with staff to deliver programs, and contributing to a positive, family-like environment. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent to qualify; position supports both full-time and part-time shifts, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care within a skilled nursing facility.
